This role provides strategic leadership across infrastructure operations, service delivery, cybersecurity alignment, workplace technologies, cloud platforms, and regional IT transformation initiatives.\nAs a senior member of the Global Infrastructure Leadership Team, the incumbent will drive operational excellence, standardization, modernization, and governance while partnering closely with business leaders, regional IT teams, cybersecurity, Digital Workplace, Enterprise Applications, and external service providers.\nKey Responsibilities\nInfrastructure Operations Leadership\nOwn end-to-end regional infrastructure operations across CSAME.\nEnsure availability, reliability, performance, and security of infrastructure services.\nLead regional operations covering:Data centres and cloud infrastructure\nNetwork and connectivity services\nCompute and storage platforms\nEnd-user infrastructure\nManufacturing and site infrastructure\nCollaboration and communication platforms\n\nDeliver services against established SLAs, KPIs, and operational excellence targets.\nService Delivery & Operational Excellence\nEstablish a high-performing operations model with clear accountability and governance.\nDrive continuous service improvement through automation, standardization, and simplification.\nEnsure operational readiness for business-critical and manufacturing environments.\nRegional Technology Strategy\nTranslate global infrastructure strategy into CSAME execution plans.\nIdentify opportunities to modernize infrastructure and reduce technical debt.\nLead infrastructure transformation initiatives including:Cloud migration\nData center optimization\nNetwork modernization\nOperational automation\nAI-enabled operations\n\nSupport regional M&A integrations, divestitures, and business expansion initiatives.\nStakeholder & Business Partnership\nAct as the senior infrastructure point of contact for CSAME business leaders.\nPartner with country IT leaders and business leadership teams.\nProvide executive updates on operational performance, risks, investment priorities, and improvement plans.\nEnsure infrastructure services align with business growth and strategic priorities.\nFinancial & Vendor Management\nDrive cost optimization initiatives while improving service quality.\nOversee strategic vendor relationships and managed service partners.\nEnsure contractual obligations, service commitments, and performance targets are achieved.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.\nMaster's degree or MBA preferred.\nExperience\n15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.\n8+ years managing large-scale infrastructure operations.\nExperience leading global or regional teams across multiple countries.\nProven track record managing complex enterprise infrastructure environments.\nExperience supporting manufacturing, engineering, and corporate environments preferred.\nStrong experience with outsourced and managed service delivery models.\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong knowledge of:\nEnterprise Infrastructure Operations\nCloud Platforms (Azure, AWS)\nNetwork & Telecommunications\nInfrastructure Automation & AIOps\nInfrastructure governance and operational controls\nLeadership Competencies\nStrategic Thinking\nExecutive Presence\nBusiness Acumen\nCustomer Focus\nOperational Excellence\nFinancial Management\nStakeholder Influence\nData-Driven Decision Making\nOur commitment to you\nOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
