The role focuses on team leadership, project execution, systems engineering governance, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product delivery. providing mentorship and career growth opportunities for team members, and liaising with stakeholders. This position requires effective management skills and a strong understanding of System Engineering Principles.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of Systems Engineers.\n\nPlan and allocate engineering resources across multiple projects.\n\nDrive systems engineering activities from requirements development through verification support.\n\nEnsure high-quality requirements development, review, and end-to-end traceability.\n\nCollaborate with software, hardware, mechanical, test, quality, product management, and program management teams.\n\nMonitor project schedules, priorities, risks, and team deliverables.\n\nEstablish and continuously improve systems engineering processes and best practices.\n\nSupport hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development of team members.\n\nConduct technical and project reviews to ensure quality and timely delivery.\n\nProvide technical leadership to systems engineering team as needed.\n\nReport project status, risks, resource needs, and engineering metrics to leadership.\n\nCoordinate with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives across Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and business units.\n\nMentor the team in system-level product development for HVAC products.\n\nBe willing to travel between locations for business needs\n\nAs a Minimum You Must Have:\nStrong knowledge and understanding of Systems Engineering principles, Requirements Engineering experience, System Integration\n\nGood understanding of change and configuration management, Risk management and Product development lifecycle\n\nPrior experience or familiarity with Embedded systems development\n\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines.\n\nComfortable scrum practices and tools\n\nExcellent management skills, passionate to drive people development.\n\nStrong Stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nGood understanding of Product security, hardware design, V&V, IoT, cloud, edge computing and Analytics\n\nExperience with Six Sigma or equivalent process, and tools\n\nExperience in executing passport /stage gate-based development process.\n\nExperience with HVAC Industry is added advantage\n\nRequires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.\n\nStrong Problem solving, Decision making and collaboration skills\n\nTypical Educational Requirements:\nBE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electronics, Computer, Electrical, Systems, or Controls Engineering\n\nKey Qualification:\n14+ years of experience with at least 6+ years in Systems Engineering within product development organizations.\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience leading Systems Engineering teams.\n\nProven experience in requirements engineering, system integration, verification, and product development lifecycle activities.\n\nExperience managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.\n\nExperience working with globally distributed teams is preferred.\n\nStrong Business Ethics, Excellent communication, Strategic Leadership, Customer Orientation, Focus on Results, Agility, Analytical Abilities, Innovation, Business Judgment, Forward Thinking, Listening and Teamwork.\n\nBenefits:\nWe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.\n\nHave peace of mind and body with our health insurance\n\nMake yourself a priority with flexible schedules and leave Policy\n\nDrive forward your career through professional development opportunities Achieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance Program.\n\nOur commitment to you Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
