This role will focus on intelligent automation, document intelligence, knowledge management, and enterprise-scale AI applications that drive operational efficiency and business value across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise business applications.\nBuild and deploy applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, and agent-based frameworks.\nDevelop AI-powered solutions for document processing, information extraction, knowledge management, recommendation systems, virtual assistants, and conversational AI applications.\nIntegrate AI applications with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, domain experts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.\nSupport the deployment, optimization, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI applications in production environments.\nStay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and adoption across the organization.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 6 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related technical disciplines.\nStrong proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI technologies.\nHands-on experience with frameworks and platforms such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and vector databases including FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, or similar technologies.\nExperience developing applications using FastAPI, RESTful APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nStrong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, semantic search, AI agents, and agent orchestration frameworks.\nExperience with AI solution deployment, model evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering or experience within the HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial engineering domains.\nFamiliarity with engineering systems and components such as Compressors, Motors, Heat Exchangers, Valves, and related technical products.\nExperience working with engineering data, Bills of Materials (BOMs), product structures, technical documentation, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.\nExperience developing AI solutions for engineering, manufacturing, product development, or digital transformation initiatives.\nDesired Competencies\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.\nPassion for innovation and applying AI technologies to solve complex business challenges.\nExperience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.\nBenefits\nWe offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and well-being programs.
