The position oversees labor efficiency, resource utilization, production scheduling, and operational performance across multiple production cells, while promoting a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute strategies to achieve production goals and meet operational targets.\n\nPromote a culture focused on safety, quality, continuous improvement, waste reduction, attendance, 5S, autonomous maintenance, and employee development.\n\nManage workforce planning and labor resources in alignment with the financial plan and budget.\n\nAnalyze production downtime and provide support to resolve operational issues.\n\nLead weekly and monthly Root Cause and Corrective Action (RRCA) reviews to address performance gaps.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives using the Carrier Excellence Operating System and Lean methodologies.\n\nEnsure compliance with all safety requirements and operational procedures on the production floor.\n\nMaintain discipline and adherence to organizational standards within manufacturing operations.\n\nMonitor labor costs and operational efficiency against financial forecasts and budget expectations.\n\nManage and develop a team of Cell Leaders and production personnel.\n\nEnsure quality-related requirements are completed, documented, and sustained.\n\nLead cost reduction and process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and profitability.\n\nDirect production scheduling and work sequencing to meet delivery commitments and optimize productivity.\n\nResolve material and logisticsissues to ensure uninterrupted production.\n\nMonitor and improve performance, productivity, and output across multiple production cells.\n\nSupport manufacturing innovation and implementation of new production technologies and processes.\n\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address operational needs and ensure customer satisfaction.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or a relatedfield.\n\nMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing leadership roles.\n\nExperience managing personnel, productivity, labor planning, and operational budgets.\n\nStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, Core Tools, and structured problem-solving methodologies.\n\nProven ability to lead teams and drive operational performance in a manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.\n\nEnglish proficiencypreferred.\n\nBenefits\nWe offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and well-beingprograms.
