As our Data Center Project Manager, you'll take ownership of high-impact projects from planning through execution, partnering with key customers, cross-functional teams, and industry-leading vendors to ensure outstanding results. Bring your leadership, strategic thinking, and passion for delivering excellence to a role where your work will directly shape customer success and business growth.\nYour most important priorities will be:\nEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget\nAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility\nDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress\nCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects\nManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques\nMeasure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques\nThe ideal candidate:\nHas extensive experience and background in the HVAC industry\nHas ample experience in managing complex HVAC projects\nSpeaks and writes both Finnish and English fluently\nHas excellent client-facing and internal communication skills\nPay Range\nThe annual salary salary for this position is between 53.500 and 106.500 eur.
