For more information, visit corporate.carrier.com or follow Carrier on social media at @Carrier.\nAbout the role\nAs a Senior Associate, Enterprise Systems Integration, you will serve as the second-tier escalation point for our SAP Ariba procurement platform, resolving complex functional and technical issues and partnering with procurement, finance, and IT teams to keep the platform running reliably. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real integration and workflow problems that keep the business moving, with direct visibility into how procurement technology supports company-wide operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a Senior Associate, Enterprise Systems Integration, you'll be responsible for:\nServing as Level 2 escalation support for SAP Ariba modules including Buying and Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, and Ariba Network\nTroubleshooting and resolving complex functional and technical issues, including workflow errors, approval flow failures, integration faults, and master data discrepancies\nDeveloping, configuring, and maintaining Ariba solutions, including custom forms, approval workflows, catalog management, and business rules\nSupporting and monitoring integrations between Ariba and ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC via CIG, middleware, or APIs\nManaging incident, service request, and change tickets in the ITSM tool within defined SLAs, including root cause documentation\nRequirements\nWe are looking for people who are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within SLA-driven support environments. If this is you, get in touch.\nAs a minimum you must have:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\n3 to 5 years of hands-on experience supporting and/or configuring SAP Ariba\nSolid understanding of procure-to-pay and source-to-contract processes\nAdvanced English proficiency\nProficiency with ITSM tools and ITIL-based support processes\nAlthough not necessary, it would be nice if you have:\nSAP Ariba certification in one or more modules\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC (MM/FI modules)\nScripting or development experience (SQL, JavaScript, or Python) for reporting and automation\nBenefits\nWe offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and well-being programs.
