By bridging factory support, root cause analysis, and new product development, this role ensures optimal manufacturing uptime, rigorous third-party product validation, and seamless integration of next-generation building automation controller as part of portfolio expansion and replacements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop detailed schematics and circuit designs, including analog and digital architecture\nEnsure designs meet performance, cost, reliability, and EMC/EMI requirements\nSelect and evaluate components with a focus on lifecycle, availability, and manufacturability\nProvide technical leadership and design guidance to cross-functional engineering teams\nSupport hardware verification, validation, and compliance testing activities\nCollaborate closely with firmware engineers to ensure seamless HW/FW integration\nAbility to independently drive complex engineering projects, interpret failure modes\nTroubleshoot and resolve design, test, and production issues\nDocument designs, requirements, and technical decisions in accordance with engineering standards\nDocument designs, requirements, and technical decisions in accordance with engineering standards\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering\n5+ years’ experience in electrical/electronic hardware design, root cause analysis, and product development lifecycles\nPay Range\nThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
