Technology that supports the buildings and industry of today and tomorrow requires a wide range of talents and skill sets.\nAbout this role\nThe role supports service operations by coordinating daily technician schedules, dispatching / invoicing work orders, and supporting account managers with T&M work. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, attentive to detail, has strong organizational skills, and can leverage technology to enhance the communication and operational efficiency of the service branch.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage daily schedules for field engineers, ensuring prompt response to service requests and maximizing efficiency.\nPrepare, manage, and maintain work orders, and all related service documentation.\nManage end-to-end invoicing processes for service workorders, including coordination with internal teams and administrative follow-up.\nManage time and material invoices, and accounts receivable.\nManage Purchase Orders (POs) throughout the account lifecycle.\nSupport the creation, administration, and renewal tracking of service contracts.\nAct as the primary administrative point of contact for customers regarding service coordination, documentation, and invoicing matters.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School diploma or GED\n2+ years of customer service experience.\n1+ years of experience supporting customers via telephone and email. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in the HVAC industry.\nExperience with scheduling field service technicians.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\nExperience with Microsoft Office.\nExperience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365\nPay Range\nThe annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.Other Compensation\nThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
