Additional responsibilities include supporting the delivered Workday HCM solutions. The work involves close partnership with the HR Technology team members globally as well as stakeholders in the HR business COEs, Digital/IT, External Vendor organizations. Key objectives include delivery of best-in-class HR technology solutions that support business needs and objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAs a Workday Technical Product Lead - HCM you’ll be responsible for:\nBe a subject matter expert to business stakeholders while gathering requirements and consulting on Core HCM capabilities and configurations.\nDesign, test, and implement scalable, flexible, and maintainable business processes and solutions to meet identified business needs\nTranslate business strategy and stakeholder needs into documented business & technical requirements.\nProvide Workday support including analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to design, configurations, business processes, integrations, and data.\nCoordinate testing to ensure that the product functionality and all upstream/downstream integrations are working as designed. Ensure that the required specifications are met with efficient, accurate, and quality information.\nFamiliar with Application Management Services (AMS) teams in Core HCM to understand the operational activities in detailed manner.\nStay current with Workday, other leading HCM technologies, Gen AI relevant to the product Core HCM.\nDevelop trusted relationships with the business stakeholders and Digital (DT) teams.\nAssist the Product Managers and the Product Leaders with the development of strategic roadmap for Core HCM.\nOwnership of the half yearly WD release cycle for Core HCM, which includes the analysis, reviewing, impacts and adoption of new features.\nMinimum Requirements:\n5+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Modules.\nStrong knowledge of HR processes and practices.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently across different time zones in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels within the organization.\nComfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA.\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or related field.\nBenefits:\nWe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.\nHave peace of mind and body with our health insurance\nMake yourself a priority with flexible schedules and leave Policy\nDrive forward your career through professional development opportunities Achieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance Program.\nOur commitment to you Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
