The target pay range for this position is $62,000 to $75,000\n What you’ll do:\nCollaborate with team members to understand business metrics and reporting needs.\n\nMaintain regularly scheduled reports and/or automate as appropriate.\n\nPerform data validation and analysis of all report data to ensure accuracy.\n\nSupport operational and ad-hoc reports and data extracts.\n\nProperly document the procedures and process of assigned reports.\n\nConduct manual data review to solve a business question, identify a trend, or respond to an audit issue.\n\nActively gain business knowledge to better understand and serve our business customers.\n\nWhat you'll need:\nBasic proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS).\n\nFoundational knowledge of SQL or other query languages is a plus.\n\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nStrong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills. \n\nCuriosity and eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment.\n\nFamiliarity with basic statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.\n\nAbility to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.\n\nHigh school diploma/GED or equivalent job experience in business intelligence, report development, data analysis, data integration or information management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.\n\nZero (0) to two (2) years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence role.\n\nBusiness Analyst experience and/or Residential Mortgage Industry experience preferred.\n\nOur Company:Carrington Mortgage Services-Retail Lending is part of The Carrington Companies.
