The target pay range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000.\n What you’ll do:\nCollaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.\n\nCoordinate regulatory reporting requirements as needed and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the reporting requirements (i.e., HMDA, Fair Lending Analysis, state, and federal required reporting) also assist in responding to findings and provide supporting data to internal committee.\n\nAnalyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement.\n\nPerform data validation and analysis of all reportable data to ensure accuracy and develop exception reports.\n\nDevelop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, SQL, etc.).\n\nAutomate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.\n\nResponsible for supporting the development of a data dictionary for Mortgage Lending data and properly documenting the procedures and process of reports developed.\n\nProvide training and support business users on reporting tools.\n\nWhat you'll need:\nProficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS).\n\nIntermediate knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, and SQL\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.\n\nTeam-player with strong communication and interpersonal skills possess a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\n\nExperience working with large datasets and relational databases.\n\nA strong working knowledge of residential mortgage lending data and/or terminology\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAbility to translate business questions into analytical queries and visualizations.\n\nExperience with Agile or project-based work environments (e.g., Jira).\n\nExperience developing and maintaining data dictionaries or business glossaries.\n\nHigh school diploma/GED or equivalent job experience in business intelligence, report development, data analysis, data integration or information management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field\n\n preferred.
