Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.\nWhat you'll do:• Perform daily bank reconciliations and record bank activities in general ledger.\n• Prepare monthly journal entries and detailed balance sheet account reconciliations, including account receivable, prepaids, accruals and other liability accounts.\n• Responsible for internal and external wire transfers.\n• Review, analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts for fluctuation at month end close to ensure results are in accordance with US GAAP.\n• Assists with quarterly and year-end audits.\n• Maintain financial security by following internal controls and established company policies.\n• Interact with other departments as necessary to resolve issues.\nMLD Division:\n• Record initial recognition of fair value adjustments.\n• Record and validate monthly Interest rate lock entries.\n• Record monthly hedging activity and confirm receipt of settlement funds.\n• Reconcile and analyze lending-related revenue and expense accounts.\n• Work with Treasury to ensure daily funding and sales are recorded accurately.\n• Coordinate with lending operations to validate fees are recorded accurately.\n• Reconcile warehouse line cash and liability accounts.\n• Prepare Quarterly reports.Vylla Division: \n• Reconcile and analyze title-related revenue and expense accounts.\n• Coordinate with title operations to validate fees are recorded accurately.\n• Reconcile and validate pass through activity is recorded accurately and pass through amounts are received.\n• Record cash activity and confirm correct amounts were received.\n• Reconcile and analyze cost related accounts.\nWhat you'll need:• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent practical experience\n• Three (3) to five (5) years of general accounting/finance experience required.\n• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Oracle ERP accounting software preferred.\n• Excellent interpersonal skills (oral and written) and the ability to communicate effectively.\n Must work PST zone hours.
