We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Visual Merchandise for our team and elevate our brand presence.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the Company.\nEnsuring the strategy is in line with the Company brand, products, and target market.\nGenerating sketches of visual displays that meet visual design requirements.\nFinalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for display areas.\nSourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.\nChanging displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.\nEnsuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.\nLiaising with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, when necessary.\nMonitoring costs and working within budget.\nResearching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy.\nTraining of staff in VM standards/Principles of display.\nNational Bi monthly and annual audit of stores in JHB/DBN/PE.\nEnsure standards are upheld for store layout/design, Store Revamps\nManage the annual critical path document for each campaign.\nHelp conceptualize product special offers & promotions.\nVM & Head of Graphics to conceptualize campaigns & present to EXCO.\nManage In-store display for campaigns across all 26 stores & 2 franchise.\nProject management of all props and print production in-house and with suppliers.\nCommunication of audit document to store managers & regionals to ensure adequate stock levels of permanent fixtures.\nConceptualize and execute the décor of media launches, store launches, exhibitions, collaborations, inhouse events.\nAny other function which may be required\nMinimum Requirements:\nMatric and/or relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Spatial Design, Interior Design, Retail Management, or a related field.\n+/- 5 years proven experience as a Visual Merchandise Manager in retail stores.\nComprehensive portfolio of relevant visual design work.
