# Site Supervisor Required

Introduction A company based in Linbro Park is looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards for some of their sites. Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce. Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and timelines. Manage and monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance on site. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections and address operational issues. Liaise with clients, contractors, and management regarding project progress. Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and site resources. Maintain all required site documentation and reports. Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout project execution. Essential Requirements: Valid South African Driver's Licence. Own reliable vehicle is mandatory. Willingness to travel between sites as required.
