The ACIL Tribe, In a nut shell, focuses on high availability product for Dealership customers to manage their inventory and prospects. As a Software Engineer, you'll bring deep technical expertise and lead by example. You won’t need to know every tool we use, but strong experience is always highly regarded.\nExperience with backend development in .NET ecosystems. \nStrong frontend development experience, Angular or React. \nProven track record building event-driven and distributed systems (e.g. CQRS, Event Sourcing, message queues). \nStrong knowledge of AWS cloud platform. \nApplied knowledge of DDD, TDD, and modern engineering practices. \nPerformance tuning at both application and database levels. \nPassion for clean code, continuous improvement, and scalable design. \nKnowledge of applied AI tooling (e.g. using AI, agentic systems) to enhance productivity and solution design. \nFamiliarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure as code. \nExperience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools. \nWe know not everyone will meet every requirement, and that’s okay.
