This includes both physical handling and electronic tracking of inventory, while maintaining safety and productivity standards.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nOperate powered industrial trucks (e.g., ride-behind jack, sit-down reach truck, high-reach truck). \nMove cases physically and electronically throughout the facility. \nUse RF scanners to track inventory and case movement. \nFollow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and timely incident reporting. \nMeet productivity and accuracy goals consistently. \nCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members. \nAssist in other departments as needed to support operational flow. \nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWho You Are:\nA self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively. \nPossess strong interpersonal and communication skills. \nAble to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. \nComfortable using basic computer systems and RF scanning technology. \nDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and safety. \nReliable and adaptable to changing work environments.\nWhat You’ve Done:\n1+ year of experience operating forklifts (e.g., turret truck, cherry picker). \nDemonstrated ability to meet productivity and accuracy goals in a warehouse or fulfillment setting. \nProven track record of following safety procedures and reporting incidents appropriately.\nNice to Haves:\nCurrent or previous forklift certification. \nExperience working in a high-volume fulfillment or distribution center. \nFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).\nPhysical Demands & Working Conditions:\nAble to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods. \nAble to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally. \nAble to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods. \nWillingness to work overtime as needed. \nPeriodic exposure to heavy machinery and changing environmental conditions.\nCart.comis an equal opportunity employer.
