The Role:
As a Fulfillment Center Associate at Cart.com, you are a vital part of our Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations. You’llwork across various warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong senseof teamwork to support our clients and customers.
What You’llDo:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
- Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies
- Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging

What You’veDone:
- No prior experience required-just a willingness to learn and work hard
Nice to Haves:
- Previousexperience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logisticsenvironment
- Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery
- Able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift
- Willing to work overtime as needed
