You will lead a dynamic team responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable function, including processing invoices, ensuring timelypayments, and maintainingstrong relationships with vendors. Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment execution, credit applications, vendor management, and reconciliation of accounts.\n\nLead and Mentor the AP Team: Supervise a team of three to four AP associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standardsof accuracy and efficiency.\n\nEnsure Compliance: Monitorand ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards, including W-9 and 1099 reporting.\n\nProcess Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of the AP function, including automation and system enhancements.\n\nVendor Relations: Develop and maintainstrong relationships with vendors, resolving any issues related to invoicing, payments, or discrepancies in a timelyand professional manner.\n\nMonth-End Close: Support the monthly financial close process by preparing AP-related reconciliations, accruals, and reports, ensuring all AP transactions are accurately recorded.\n\nData Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze AP reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management on cash flow, payment cycles, and vendor performance.\n\nSystem Management: Collaborate with IT and finance teams to maintainand improve AP systems (e.g., Bill.com, Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring they
