Key responsibilities will be to manage a multi-client operation to include DTC & B2B. This position will oversee Operation Managers and Supervisors as well as be responsible for hourly associates. \nYou will be responsible to develop, support, and maintain the resources and processes necessary to efficiently manage and improve DC operations. The ability to motivate a performance driven team and be customer service driven, is a must.\nExciting new opportunity for a true results oriented, creative, motivational senior leader in one of our Dallas Facilities. This position will be responsible for a large component of the operations.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nMaintain records on working hours and meet financial projections of team \nConsistently review operations and recommend and implement improvements as cleared by upper management. \nGive directions for shift operational flow, flex resources to consistently achieve requirements in all areas at lowest cost. \nDirect the supervisors & leads to maintain proper productive staffing levels per budget and departmental demands, including all interviewing, training and discipline processes and ensure that all departments are correctly staffed and agreed upon daily. \nDrive efficiency in operations by continuously improving current processes and practices. \nDevelop, support and maintain the resources and processes necessary to efficiently manage and improve DC operations. \nMaintain an atmosphere that fosters teamwork, effective communications, clear and fair metrics, consistent policy administration and great customer service. \nCreate and maintain departmental spreadsheets of performance, cost per piece and accuracy. \nPromote a safe working environment. Report all incidents and injuries. \nPerform other duties as assigned. \nWho You Are:\nA leader with the ability to influence \nA high level communicator both orally and written \nAble to multi-task and adapt to a changing environment \nA Problem Solver \nTeam oriented with strong interpersonal skills \nWhat you've done:\n6+ years progressive operational and managerial experience in a 3PL, eCommerce fulfillment or multi-client distribution environment. \n4+ years of successful experience motivating, training, and leading your team into performing at extraordinary levels. \nExperience in a direct to consumer, pick and pack environment \nProven leader with the ability to build a team. \nMust be able to utilize data to support decisions and drive success in your responsible areas \nOwnership of results \nHigh School diploma or GED \nTop candidates will also have:\nB2B fulfillment experience. \nPrior 3PL operations experience. \nExperience in an automated environment. \nBachelor’s Degree \nPhysical Work Environment:\nAbility to work weekend 1st shift schedule \nAble to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.). \nAble to lift and carry up to 25-30 lbs. on occasion (document boxes, files, binders, and other items) \nAble to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time \nAble to work overtime including extended schedules during peak seasons. \nCurrently, Cart.com does not intend to hire candidates who will need, now or in the future, Cart.com sponsorship through any non-immigrant visa category such as the H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, or TN.\n\nAll hiring is contingent on eligibility to work in the United States.
