Senior Business Analysts will work in 2-5-person project teams to conduct data analysis and research to help develop strategic recommendations for our clients. We are looking for individuals who are excited to analyze data, build predictive models, investigate complex processes, research new technologies, develop strategies, and communicate clear recommendations to clients in a fun, fast paced environment.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nWhat You’ll Bring\n2-5 years of relevant experience in a strategy and/or analytics role, preferably in a consulting environment\nBachelor’s degree with a preference for quantitative course work\nPassion for problem-solving and working with data\nStrong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate plans and execute well-documented analyses\nEffective time management skills and the ability to proactively set and execute priorities\nProficiency with Excel\nProficiency in conducting well-sourced research\n Additional Skills We Value\nExposure to consulting and/or working with client stakeholders \nExperience working on projects in the TMT (Technology, Media, & Telecommunications) industry\nExposure building businesses cases and/or financial models\nFamiliarity with tools such as SQL, Python, or Alteryx\nFamiliarity with
