Duties & Responsibilities • Manage global training across 24 countries for products, sales techniques and soft skills from start to finish for new and existing employees - Conceptualizing content and breaking it down into an easy-to-understand training program - Implementing the training programs and monitoring performance through assessments created by your team (tests, case studies etc.) - Management reporting on progress of each market and areas that require improvements • Understand different market nuances and dynamics to incorporate them into region specific training • Working with sales and product teams to build new training and consistently improve and update existing training • Working with sales managers to understand which sales consultants are struggling and which products need more attention to guide ref
