Our design team is small, senior, and hands-on: designers here own their work end to end, from discovery through shippable prototypes, not just handoff decks.\nRole\nWe organise the product into problem spaces, each with one persona, one job and one metric. Driver Safety is measured by high-risk events per 1,000 km. Maintenance by fleet availability. Stay Compliant by driver-days with zero open violations.\nYou will be the designer for one of these spaces. You research its users, design its flows and screens, prototype them, and work with engineering until customers use them.\nEvery space has one owner, and we want designers who can grow into that. If you have already shaped a roadmap, set priorities or aligned stakeholders, you can take on part or all of the ownership: deciding what gets built, in what order, and whether it worked.\nThis is a hands-on individual-contributor role. We're open on level: we'll match the scope of the space to your experience.\nYou should apply if you\nCare whether a design moved the number, not only how it looks.\nHave pushed back on a brief because the research said something different, and been right.\nLike dense, operational software used by dispatchers, fleet managers and drivers.\nWant a say in what gets built and in what order. Not required, but it is where this role can go.\nResponsibilities\nIn this role, you will\nResearch. Interview customers, run usability tests, and read tickets and usage data.\nDesign. Flows, interaction and visual design for dense, data-heavy screens.\nPrototype. Clickable prototypes that users test and engineers build from.\nBuild the system. Work in and contribute to our design system.\nShip. Work with engineering on specs and edge cases until customers use it.\nAs you take on ownership of the space, you will also:\nPlan. Turn the direction into a roadmap of dated milestones, and say what you are not doing.\nAlign. Bring sales, support and leadership behind the direction, and be the front door for their requests.\nMeasure. Own a live scorecard for the space and decide the next iteration.\nWhat you need\nMinimum 5years as a product designer on B2B or complex software. This is not an entry-level role.\nA portfolio that shows the problem, your decisions and the result, not only final screens.\nStrong interaction and visual design for dense, data-heavy interfaces.\nResearch: you plan and run interviews and usability tests, and turn them into decisions.\nYou work in and contribute to a design system.\nYou prototype your work and test it with users before it is built.\nYou explain design decisions clearly to engineers, sales and leadership.\nStrong plus: the ownership side\nNone of this is required.
