Our design team is small, senior, and hands-on: designers here own their work end to end, from discovery through shippable prototypes, not just handoff decks.\nRole & Responsibilities\nWe organise the product into problem spaces, each with one persona, one job and one metric. Driver Safety is measured by high-risk events per 1,000 km. Maintenance by fleet availability. Stay Compliant by driver-days with zero open violations.\nYou will own one of these spaces: its research, its vision, its roadmap and its metric. Every request about the space, from sales, success and support, comes to you.\nWe work prototype-first: we show ideas as clickable prototypes, not long specs. You'll get there with our designers. If you can also build prototypes yourself with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, v0 or Lovable, you'll move faster here, and we'll give you the room to do it.\nThis is a hands-on individual-contributor role. We're open on level: we'll match the scope of the space to your experience.\nYou Should apply if you\nWant to own an outcome, not a backlog.\nMake decisions with data, and say no out loud.\nLike hard operational problems: regulation, hardware, data that arrives late or not at all.\nHave started prototyping your own ideas, or want to. Not required, but it is how we like to work.\nYou will\nLearn the space. Benchmark competitors, interview customers and our sales, support and success teams, and mine tickets and usage data. Publish a state-of-the-space report each quarter.\nSet the vision. Show where the space will be in 12-24 months and get the executive team, sales and engineering behind it.\nPlan. Turn the vision into a roadmap of dated milestones. Say what you are not doing.\nPrototype. Turn each milestone into a prototype before engineering commits: with our designers, or yourself with AI tools.\nShip. Write specs with engineering, plan the rollout, and brief sales and marketing. Done means customers use it.\nMeasure. Own a live scorecard for the space, reviewed monthly, and decide the next iteration.\nWhat You need\nMinimum 5years as a PM owning a B2B product or product area end to end. This is not an entry-level role.\nDiscovery: you run customer interviews and turn tickets and usage data into a clear problem.\nPrioritisation: you make trade-offs, say no, and make it visible on a roadmap.\nYou define metrics and move them.\nYou work closely with engineering and design on scope, specs and edge cases.\nCommercial sense: pricing, packaging, launches and sales enablement.\nClear, short writing and the ability to align senior stakeholders.\nStronger Plus: Builder side\nNone of this is required.
