new and \nexisting corporate clients.\nJob description\nResponsibilities:\nMake inbound/outbound calls to prospective corporate clients and ensure that targets are met \nEnsure proper authentication of information to align with the Cartrack quality standard. \nAccurate data capturing. \nObtain referrals from current clients. \nGenerate quotations and follow-up. \nObtain client information and complete subscription form on behalf of the client. \nE-mail new clients validation forms and confirm all checks for onboarding. \nComplete all declaration and terms and conditions on sales calls with clients. \nFollow up on fitment scheduling. \nContact client to confirm scheduled appointment. \nFollow-up if appointment was not honoured. \nAssist client with any other services required i.e., change of ownership, cancellations, invoices etc. \nEnsure that quality is maintained according to company policies and procedures. \nEnsure that product and system knowledge is up to date by attending various information / training sessions.\nMinimum requirements\nRequirements:\nNational Senior Certificate /Grade 12. \nDegree or Advanced Diploma or 10 years’ relevant sales/call centre experience. \n2 years corporate sales/B2B call centre sales preferred. \nProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly valued. \nExcellent command of business English. \nDemonstrates excellent solution selling and objection handling skills. \nIntermediate computer literacy. \nBe goal oriented, resilient, patient and have good time management skills. \nAbility to work in fast-paced
