new and \nexisting corporate clients.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nResponsibilities:\n• Make inbound/outbound calls to prospective corporate clients and ensure that targets are met \n• Ensure proper authentication of information to align with the Cartrack quality standard. \n• Accurate data capturing. \n• Obtain referrals from current clients. \n• Generate quotations and follow-up. \n• Obtain client information and complete subscription form on behalf of the client. \n• E-mail new clients validation forms and confirm all checks for onboarding. \n• Complete all declaration and terms and conditions on sales calls with clients. \n• Follow up on fitment scheduling. \n• Contact client to confirm scheduled appointment. \n• Follow-up if appointment was not honoured. \n• Assist client with any other services required i.e., change of ownership, cancellations, invoices etc. \n• Ensure that quality is maintained according to company policies and procedures. \n• Ensure that product and system knowledge is up to date by attending various information / training \n sessions. \n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\nRequirements:\n• National Senior Certificate /Grade 12. \n• Degree or Advanced Diploma or 10 years’ relevant sales/call centre experience. \n• 2 years corporate sales/B2B call centre sales preferred. \n• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly valued. \n• Excellent command of business English. \n• Demonstrates excellent solution selling and objection handling skills. \n• Intermediate computer literacy. \n• Be goal oriented, resilient, patient and have good time management skills. \n• Ability to work in fast-paced
