We’re looking for a commercially minded Pricing & Supply Analyst to help shape smarter pricing strategies, uncover opportunities and drive revenue growth across our car rental and insurance products. Working within our Data & Insights team, you’ll use SQL, large datasets and visualisation tools to identify trends, solve business challenges and turn insights into practical solutions. Collaborating with teams across Revenue, Supply and Technology, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that improve performance. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical expertise with commercial thinking to make a measurable difference.\nWhat you’ll do as a Pricing & Supply Analyst\nTurn data into actionable insights by analysing large, complex datasets using SQL to identify trends, uncover commercial opportunities and improve pricing performance.\nDevelop and optimise pricing strategies across car rental and insurance products, using data-driven recommendations to maximise revenue and profitability.\nBuild insightful dashboards and reporting using Tableau, Power BI or similar tools to monitor performance, track key metrics and support smarter business decisions.\nTranslate analysis into practical solutions, working closely with Revenue, Supply and Trading teams to implement improvements that deliver measurable commercial results.\nAnalyse market trends, competitor pricing and customer demand to identify opportunities, improve forecasting and support effective pricing decisions.\nCollaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to enhance pricing models, test new approaches and turn analytical insights into scalable solutions.\nWhat you’ll bring to the team\nStrong SQL expertise, with hands-on experience querying, analysing and interpreting large, complex datasets to uncover meaningful business insights.\nProficiency in Tableau, Power BI or similar visualisation tools, with the ability to create clear, engaging dashboards and communicate performance insights effectively.\nA strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to connect data insights to business performance, identify opportunities and recommend solutions that drive results.\nExperience in pricing, revenue optimisation or data analytics, ideally with around five years' experience in a commercially focused environment. Experience in travel or eCommerce would be an advantage.\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a track record of moving beyond analysis to implement improvements, solve problems and deliver measurable outcomes.\n Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decisions, explain complex findings clearly and work effectively across teams.
