Team members take responsibility for results and work collaboratively to solve challenges in an informal, straightforward environment.\nCarus consists of several functions, including Product, Sales, and Operations.\nThis role is part of the Operations organization, where we are responsible for delivering and evolving the platform in close collaboration with other functions.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Team Lead - Product Development to lead and develop our Product Development team.\nThis role focuses on execution-ensuring that requirements and architecture are translated into high-quality, working software in production. You are responsible for how development work is carried out and delivered. This is a role where you can directly influence how the team works and how we deliver software as we grow.\nPrioritization and backlog ownership sit with Planning & Strategy, while this role focuses on how work is executed and delivered.\nYou will guide agile development practices, coach developers and QA, and ensure that the team delivers consistently and in a way that scales as the product grows.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and develop a cross-functional Product Development team (developers and QA)\n\nStructure and improve how development work is planned, executed, and delivered\n\nCoach and guide agile ways of working in practice\n\nEnsure strong delivery capacity without compromising quality, security, or long-term sustainability\n\nTranslate requirements and architecture into efficient and maintainable implementations\n\nEnsure that development follows agreed security practices and contributes to a secure, stable platform\n\nCollaborate closely with:\nSolution Design (architecture and technical direction)\n\nPlatform Operations & Automation (deployments and runtime)\n\nCustomer Service (bugs, feedback, and production issues)\n\nPlanning & Strategy (priorities and delivery expectations)\n\nParticipate in cross-functional forums to ensure alignment between design, development, and operations\n\nRequirements:\nExperience leading software development teams\n\nStrong knowledge of agile development processes\n\nExperience coaching developers and QA\n\nSolid understanding of modern software development practices\n\nStrong collaboration skills across
