Learn more about what it’s like to work here from thepeople that already do. \nTHIS IS A 100% ON-SITE POSITION (Monday through Friday)\nAbout the team and position\nWe are a team of highly enthusiastic, motivated and driven individuals. In this role, your primary responsibilities include staying abreast of the used vehicle market, knowledge of in-lane and online auctions, reviewing vehicle condition reports and displaying a solid understanding of vehicle reconditioning costs while acquiring inventory for Carvana.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nConduct reviews and analysis of vehicle condition reports to select the most desirable inventory for Carvana.\nPerform quality evaluations of vehicles to ensure accurate optioning during CR review.\nUnderstand reconditioning costs and the impact to a vehicle’s quality.\nAcquire vehicle inventory through online auctions.\nAssist with various individual or collaborative projects as needed and follow up after completion.\nMulti-task in a high energy, fast paced work environment while always looking for ways to improve processes.\nAnalyze market data and identify trends to mitigate risk.\nWhat you should know\nThe qualifying candidate must be analytically-oriented, demonstrate an interest in the automotive industry, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, organized, self-motivated, with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization.
