Want more of the story?Check out our background here. \nAbout the team and position\nAs a Logistics Lead, you will perform various inventory and operations related tasks at our Logistics Hubs & Inspection Centers. \nSchedule: 12AM-8:30 AM either Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat\n$24.00 hourly \nWhat you’ll be doing\nAssist in all Warehouse, Logistics & Transportation activities.\nLead and develop team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and productive environment. \nSupport team members (Logistics Associates and/or Vehicle Transporters) with daily functions including huddles, scheduling, training, shuttle driving, loading, and other tasks. \nPerform Validation of Process to ensure performance to work standards and expectations. \nMonitor team performance via KPI reporting, assigning and assisting with tasks.\nProcess specialized inventory using RFID scanners and Tablets.\nResponsible for all Third Party (3P) transactions: inbound/outbound trips, inspection of receivables, documentation sign-off, and support ticket creation.\nFacilitate delayed shipments by working with warehouse and transportation personnel.\nManage Electric Vehicle (EV) inventory and charging processes.\nAssist with communication and operational management between Logistics and business Partners (Market Operations, Post Production, Network Support, Safe and Secure, etc.).\nSupport outbound shipping lane audits, ensuring scheduled transport.\nMaintain Logistics operational supply inventory (VT, LA, Breakroom supplies).\nReceive, Put Away, and Stage vehicles as needed.\nAssist onsite vendors with directions/access.\nManage, coordinate, and oversee Logistics employee engagement events.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat you should know\nYou will be required to perform your job duties during various weather conditions such as rain, snow, heat, cold, etc. You'll need to be a great communicator, a brand ambassador, and possess the know-how to get the job done.
