Learn more about what it’s like to work here from thepeople that already do.\nTHIS IS A 100% ON-SITE POSITION (Monday through Friday)\nAbout the team and position\nThe People Systems Analyst plays an important role on Carvana’s People Operations Team by serving as a key point of contact for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) related questions and issues, including system access, and other processing or technical issues. The Associate Analyst ensures data integrity, security, and adherence to the company structure. \nWhat you’ll be doing\nProvide functional support to team members, leaders, and partnering People Operations teams for Carvana’s people systems including but not limited to Workday (HCM), Greenhouse (Applicant/Candidate tracking), Tenstreet (Applicant/Candidate tracking), and Workday Peakon (Engagement).\nProvide day-to-day administration and maintenance of Workday and other people systems.\nResolve data discrepancies and conduct frequent audits to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.\nPerform people systems administration, including troubleshooting, account creation and issue resolution.\nRespond to and resolve requests submitted through the People Systems ticketing system (questions/inquiries, navigation and usage education, and error troubleshooting and resolution). \nEducate team members and leaders and advocate self-service proficiency within people systems.\nConduct frequent audits to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.\nMaintain procedural manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and system documentation.\nWork with team members cross-functionally to identify ways to improve user experience.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat you should have\n3+ year(s) of experience in Human Resources/HRIS/Systems.\nExperience with any HRIS platform is required - Workday experience is a plus!\nSolid understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.\nAttention to detail, with strong organizational, analytic and problem-solving skills.\nCustomer service focused with a high sense of urgency.\nAbility to support and communicate policy and procedure.\nExcellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) to successfully work with internal customers, cross-functional teams, and outside vendors.\nAbility to be self-directed and proactive in work activities. \nAble to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.\nProficient with Microsoft Excel.\nWhat we’ll offer in return\nFull-Time Salary Position with a competitive salary.\nMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits.\n401K with company match.\nA multitude of perks including student loan payments, discounts on vehicles, benefits for your pets, and much more.\nA great wellness program to keep you healthy and happy both physically and mentally.\nAccess to opportunities to expand your skillset and share your knowledge with others across the organization.\nA company culture of promotions from within, with a start-up atmosphere allowing for varied and rapid career development.\nA seat in one of the fastest-growing companies in the country.\nOther requirements\nTo be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.\nMust be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.\nOf course, we’ll make any reasonable accommodations for those with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their jobs. \nLegal Stuff\nHiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
