We put our people first, offering health insurance, professional development programs, and an employee referral program - because when you grow, we all do.\nTo be truly happy, we're missing one thing - you.\nMain Responsibilities\nCampaign Strategy & Forecasting: Take full ownership of planning, forecasting, and scaling high-volume PPC campaigns across your designated channels and beyond.\n\nBudget & Performance Management: Manage large advertising budgets efficiently, optimizing daily to meet key ROI, ROAS, and CPI targets.\n\nTesting & Optimization: Develop clear hypotheses, run thorough A/B tests, and analyze campaign data to continuously improve performance.\n\nCreative Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, designers, and product teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing page experiences.\n\nQuality & Tracking QA: Ensure error-free campaign setup and regularly audit tracking data across platforms to flag and fix discrepancies early.\n\nMonitoring & Reporting: Track daily performance using platform interfaces, Tableau, and PostHog/GA4. Deliver clear, actionable reporting tailored to team and stakeholder needs.\n\nIndustry Insights: Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices, sharing relevant insights with the broader team.\n\nCore Requirements\nPPC Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads. Experience with YouTube ads, app marketing and Apple Search Ads is a plus.\n\nLarge-Scale Experience: Proven track record managing global, high-budget campaigns (€1M+ monthly spend).\n\nAnalytics & Data Savvy: Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and their relationships, with strong hands-on skills in GA4 explorations, Excel/Google Sheets pivot tables, and custom reporting.
