We love creatives who can think beyond one format and bring ideas to life across different channels.\nAs a Senior Video Editor at carVertical, you will:\nTurn raw video, audio, and creative concepts into polished, attention-grabbing content through editing, motion graphics, typography, sound, and visual elements while ensuring consistency with the carVertical brand and visual identity.\n\nAdapt and iterate creatives for different platforms, formats, audiences, and markets, with a strong focus on digital-first and short-form content.\n\nCollaborate closely with Creative and Media Buying teams to develop, test, and improve creative concepts based on campaign needs and performance.\n\nExperiment with AI-powered creative tools and new production techniques to make workflows faster, smarter, and more ambitious.\n\nWork with sound effects, music, voiceovers, and audio to make sure motion pieces feel complete - not just look good.\n\nWe're looking for someone who has:\n3+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or a similar creative role.\n\nAdvanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.\n\nA strong understanding of video editing and motion principles, including, timing, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.\n\nA good eye for turning existing footage into engaging content through editing, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and graphic elements.\n\nExperience creating content for social media and digital advertising, with an understanding of what makes people stop, watch, and take action.\n\nExperience using AI tools for creative production.\n\nA proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to take ownership of projects from brief to final execution.\n\nEven better if you have:\nStrong graphic design skills and experience with Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma.\n\nExperience designing static digital ads, social media visuals, or other marketing assets.\n\nExperience working with performance marketing creatives and creating multiple variations for testing.\n\nWhat you get in return:\nA dynamic and supportive work environment with hybrid flexibility.\n\nOpportunities for professional growth through funded training, courses, and ongoing development programs.\n\nAdditional paid vacations and health insurance.\n\nTeambuildings, workations - you name it.\n\nLocation: Vilnius\nGross salary range: 2700-3650 €/month.
