The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical accountability.\nReports to - Head of Engineering / Director of Engineering\n\nTeam span - 1 Engineering Team\n\nWorks closely with - Product Manager (equal counterpart on the team)\n\nRole type - Full-time, people leadership with hands-on technical accountability\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nCo-own the roadmap with your Product Manager, balancing delivery, quality and technical health as genuine equals.\n\nOwn delivery health for your team - predictability, throughput and the quality of what ships.\n\nHold technical accountability by default.
