This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.\nWe're seeking a Graphic Designer to develop creative work across digital and print channels - marketing, communications, events, web, social, video, and environmental branding. You'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to turn business goals into visual work that connects with a global audience, while keeping an established brand system consistent and current. This role suits someone who brings ideas rather than waiting for direction and is curious about how new tools and technologies can improve creative outcomes.\nJob Responsibilities\nDesign and produce assets across digital and print channels that support integrated marketing campaigns, communications initiatives, and events.\nCreate motion graphics, animation, and video content for campaigns and storytelling initiatives. \nTranslate complex concepts and data into clear, accessible, visually engaging content. \nApply and maintain established brand standards across all communications and touchpoints.\nStay current on emerging technologies, AI-assisted tools, industry trends, and evolving digital experiences, sharing relevant insights and opportunities with the team.\nWork independently from creative briefs, offering recommendations rather than only executing them.\nJob Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field. \n2-4 years of professional design experience in a corporate, in-house, or agency environment; agency experience preferred. \nPortfolio demonstrating depth in both digital and print work. \nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). \nProficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics, animation, and video production.\nExperience designing within established brand standards, visual guidelines, or design systems.\nExperience managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and shifting priorities. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present work and explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders. \nAbility to synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining project objectives and design integrity.\n Preferred Qualifications\nExperience designing for scientific, technical, and/or B2B audiences across global markets and multilingual environments.\nExperience creating data visualizations or infographics.\nCandidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
