Groot Hospitality looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all\ndigital channels and email. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to\nlead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will\nwork with the marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and supporting teams i.e., Social Media Key Players, Website Developers, Programmers, and much more.\nResponsibilities:\nPlan and execute all digital marketing, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ad, Words/Analytics, Email Marketing, YouTube, SEO/SEM & more. \nMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess goals (ROI and KPIs). \nIdentify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. \nBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies (Ex: Snapchat & Tik Tok Ads) \nPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests on Paid Ads (Ex: Google & Meta) \nMonitor all Ticketing Platforms via pricing, demand, and day-to-day monitoring. \nCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. \nWeekly governing and monitoring of all Groot Hospitality Websites. \nUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. \nInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. \nCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. \nEvaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for the adoption of new systems. \nSubject to working occasional odd hours annually i.e., Holiday’s, Local Market Events, Festivals & Pop-Up Events. \nForward-thinker on all important dates throughout the year in Local Market. i.e., Holiday’s, Events, Sporting Events. \nWork hand in hand with Social Media Marketing team for all communication needs daily. \nEffective Team Player & Collaborator. \nRequirements\nEducation and Experience\nMinimum of 5-6 years of marketing experience working with hospitality & entertainment groups. \nAbility to work with all personality types, even in adverse situations. \nStrong time management, organization, and prioritization skills. \nAbility to effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally with others. \nWell versed in project management within a team setting. \nStrong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, and traditional marketing. \nAbility to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. \nWell versed in managing multiple projects and recommend/implement effective solutions. \nNumerically literate, comfortable with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets. \nA sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication. \nBSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field. \nSalary Description\n$80,000 to
