Our team works in-office time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to help define and scale the next generation of AI-powered risk and fraud agents. You’ll own complex, high-impact product areas, work directly with engineering, data, and customers, and shape how autonomous systems make decisions in regulated financial environments.\nIf you’re excited by:\nBuilding AI products that operate at massive scale\nTurning messy, high-stakes workflows into autonomous systems\nDesigning for trust, explainability, and real business impact\n…this is the kind of problem-and company-you’ll want to help build.\nWhat You'll Do\nCreate and maintain a clear product roadmap - with well-defined, measurable objectives that align with business goals and customer needs.\nWork cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, revenue, design, and other stakeholders to develop, validate, and prioritize new features and experiences.\nOwn execution of the roadmap - driving results while obsessing over details that delight users without letting “perfect” get in the way of progress.\nDevelop a deep understanding of our users through a combination of qualitative research (e.g. user interviews, usability studies) and quantitative analysis (e.g. usage metrics, analytics).\nRapidly experiment - design and run A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and iterate toward the right solutions.\nAct as a product advocate across the organization, aligning teams around product vision, tradeoffs, and priorities.\nWhat You’ve Done\n5+ years of experience in product management (ideally SaaS, marketplace, or consumer/enterprise-facing products).\nResults-driven: you set clear criteria for success, track outcomes, and iterate based on what you learn.\nExcellent communicator - able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders and clearly articulate product vision, requirements, tradeoffs, and strategy.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills; capable of juggling multiple initiatives, aligning cross-functional partners, and delivering on deadlines.\nPassionate about building great products - empathetic toward users, curious about their needs, and driven to solve real problems.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; you can move quickly without sacrificing quality.\nBonus: Familiarity with fraud systems, payment infrastructure, or chargeback processes!\nCompensation\nThe base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $220,000 per year.\nCasap's compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as equity for all full-time roles. We also offer exceptional benefits, as well as bonuses and commission plans for applicable roles. The listed US-based compensation rangeis a guideline and may be modified.
