environments.\nPartner closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and accelerate revenue growth.\nMaintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions in our CRM.\nCollaborate on innovative outreach strategies and messaging to continually elevate lead generation.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n1-3 years of sales development, inside sales, or related experience (technical or smart technology sales is a distinct advantage).\nExceptional communication and presentation skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts.\nEnthusiasm for outbound outreach and initiating high-impact conversations with new prospects.\nAptitude for understanding basic construction or technology concepts.\nProficiency with CRM or ERP tools for tracking progress and pipelines.\nHighly organized, coachable, and self-motivated with exceptional follow-through.\nHigh school diploma (or equivalent) required.\nValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof
