We specialize in metrology-based machining of titanium and Inconel castings, Inconel forgings, and aluminum components serving both commercial and defense sectors globally.\nJob Overview\nThe Aerospace Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling aerospace components in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality requirements.\nShift: Swing shift, Monday- Friday 3:00 PM- 11:30 PM\nResponsibilities\nPrepare parts and complete assembly operations according to work instructions.\nDrill, ream, and countersink holes to specified tolerances.\nOperate hydraulic presses to install bushings, bearings, and related components.\nInstall rivets, nutplates, seals, bolts, and other aerospace hardware.\nApply adhesives, sealants, fasteners, bearings, and related materials.\nUse precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, OHM meters, and other inspection equipment.\nMark finished parts according to customer and engineering requirements.\nFollow manufacturing processes and work instructions exactly as defined.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area and support FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.\nCommunicate material or supply shortages to supervision.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrevious manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.\nAerospace assembly experience is a plus but not required.\nAutomotive, aviation, mechanical, or maintenance experience is highly desirable.\nAbility to read and follow detailed work instructions.\nExperience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.\nEligible to work in the United States.\nBenefits\nAnnual salary: 41600-54080
