This role combines our traditional Field Technician duties with the additional skill of performing MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on carbon-steel pipe, stainless-steel tubing, and rods.\nPosition Summary:\nWork across all phases of TerraTherm projects, including construction, installation, operations support, maintenance, and demobilization. Assemble and disassemble vapor- and liquid-treatment systems. Operate various types of equipment and perform high-quality welding and fabrication as required.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssemble and disassemble vapor and liquid treatment equipment.\nOperate forklifts and skid steers safely and efficiently.\nTroubleshoot and repair system components.\nPerform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding for construction and operations tasks.\nEnsure weld quality with proper fit-up, preparation, and inspection.\nFollow TerraTherm safety practices and participate in safety programs.\nMaintain professionalism, workmanship, and reliable communication.\nPhysical Demands:\nModerate to heavy exertion, including lifting to 50 lbs.\nStanding, bending, stooping, and working on uneven terrain.\nOutdoor work in varying climates.\nWorking around machinery, chemicals, and noisy environments.\nWork Environment & Travel:\nRemote Nationwide position with required travel\nWorking in various climates\nMinimum Qualifications:\nOne year of experience in construction, mechanical, or maintenance fields.\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\nValid driver’s license with a clean record.\nAbility to pass physical and drug/alcohol screenings.\nProficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, including carbon steel and stainless-steel materials.\n$23 - $28 per hour depending on experience\nRespiratory Protection will be required to be worn if specified by a site-specific Health and Safety Plan, or when air monitoring indicates potential for exposure levels to reach an established action, level, threshold limit value (TLV), or permissible exposure limit (PEL).
