The main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services, and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.\nMULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE & SKILL LEVELS!\nWe're experiencing exponential growth and scaling. What an amazing opportunity to join such an established organization!\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nThe essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:\nMinimum of 3-5 years air conditioning experience required\nTravel to homes and businesses daily as scheduled\nTroubleshooting the electrical systems in the AC and diagnostic repairs\nFamiliar with new equipment, and high-end communicating systems.\nConducting maintenance, and repairs on air conditioning (HVAC) systems.\nDiagnose system issues, make recommendations for repairs or replacements, and ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.\nRepair and diagnose HVAC systems with excellent troubleshooting skills ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.\nTroubleshoot electrical systems and air conditioning units, utilizing schematics and mechanical knowledge.\nProvide exceptional customer service while addressing client concerns and inquiries.\nDetermine customer’s needs and discuss all solutions.\nGenerate sales on every call.\nInspect currentHVAC systems for efficiency and safety.\nConduct performance tests with specialized tools\nRenew maintenance contracts for current customers.\nSell maintenance contracts to new customers.\nMaintain accurate inventory of all tolls and HVAC parts.\nTroubleshooting current HVAC system issues\nRepair damaged HVAC systems\nObey company Code of Ethics and Team Rules\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience\nValid Driver’s License\nTier I (Maintenance & IAQ)\nOne-year related experience in the HVAC industry or equivalent combination of education and experience\nResponsible for equipment tune ups / CTUs\n Responsible for vent cleanings (Includes blower wheel cleaning + in place evap cleaning)\nTier II (Service)\n3-years related experience in the HVAC industry or equivalent combination of education and experience\nProven ability to complete a service diagnosis and complete minor repairs\nResponsible for equipment tune ups / CTUs\nResponsible for Lead Setting\nTier III\n5-years related experience in the HVAC industry or equivalent combination of education and experience\n Proven ability to complete a service diagnosis and complete repairs (minor to complex in nature)\nResponsible for CTUs\nAccountable for Tune Ups that are focused on Service and Sales\nAssists in Corrections/Installs when necessary\nWhy Mid-FLA Heating and Air?\nAt Mid-FLA Heating and Air we empower our team to thrive and make a real difference in the communities we serve.
