The\nideal candidate has strong analytical skills, mortgage servicing experience, and the ability to manage\nmultiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nHow you will do it:\nPerform annual, interim, and final escrow analyses on mortgage loan accounts.\nReview escrow shortages, surpluses, and deficiencies, and accurately calculate payment adjustments.\nEnsure compliance with RESPA, investor guidelines, and company policies.\nAnalyze tax and insurance disbursements to ensure timely and accurate payments.\nResearch and resolve escrow discrepancies, payment issues, and customer inquiries.\nWork closely with tax, insurance, customer service, and servicing teams to resolve account issues.\nMonitor escrow exceptions and follow up with borrowers, taxing authorities, and insurance carriers\nMaintain accurate loan records and documentation within the servicing system.\nAssist with audits, quality control reviews, and regulatory examinations.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.\n\nWhat you will need to join Cascade:\n2+ years of mortgage servicing experience, with escrow analysis experience preferred.\nKnowledge of escrow accounting, taxes, hazard insurance, flood insurance, and mortgage\nservicing practices.\nUnderstanding of RESPA and applicable mortgage servicing regulations.\nStrong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience with mortgage servicing platforms such as Loanserv, MSP, or similar systems.\nExperience working with FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other investor guidelines.\nPrevious experience in a high-volume mortgage servicing environment.\nExperience with property taxes and/or insurance processing\n\nAbout Cascade & Our Culture:\nSince opening our doors in 1999, Cascade Financial Services has grown to become one of the most trusted lenders in Attainable Housing.
