You will partner with plant teams across the Tissue network to troubleshoot critical manufacturing issues, optimize machine performance, support capital projects and drive automation excellence.\nYour scope includes:\nAct as the lead automation and controls expert for Tissue converting operations across multiple manufacturing facilities\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex equipment, controls and process-related issues impacting safety, quality, productivity and reliability\nProgram, modify and optimize PLC systems using Rockwell Automation and Siemens platforms\nDevelop, troubleshoot and improve motion control systems, servo drives and machine synchronization applications\nSupport tissue converting, packaging and palletizing equipment to maximize operational performance\nLead root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues\nSupport equipment upgrades, modernization initiatives, commissioning activities and production start-ups\nCollaborate with engineering, maintenance and operations teams to identify and implement manufacturing improvements\nDrive automation standardization and best practices across the Tissue network\nSupport MES integration initiatives and controls architecture optimization\nCoach and mentor local automation, maintenance and engineering resources while promoting knowledge sharing across facilities\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve manufacturing performance and equipment reliability\nSupport capital projects from concept development through implementation and operational stabilization\nTravel regularly to support manufacturing facilities, approximately every other week\nWhat You Bring\nYou're a natural fit for Controls Specialist -
