Every day, our colleagues choose to respect their true nature by contributing with passion to our mission.\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Pulp & Paper Technology, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.\n7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a paper mill, pulp mill, or heavy industrial manufacturing environment.\nProven servant leadership approach with experience developing high-performing teams and driving a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.\nExperience leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.\nStrong understanding of mill operations, including paper machine processes, utilities, maintenance, reliability, quality systems, and environmental compliance.\nProficiency with SAP/ERP systems, production planning, performance metrics, and cost management; pulp and paper manufacturing experience strongly preferred.\nAbout Cascades\nCascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
