Every day, our colleagues choose to respect their true nature by contributing with passion to our mission.\nRELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS\nPaper manufacturing or other industrial manufacturing experience preferred.\nStrong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of various electrical sensors, switches, controllers, instrumentation, transmitters, automated valves, calibrations, industrial communications, robotics, motion control and AC/DC control power\nProgramming experience includes the ability to create, monitor, modify PLC and DCS control logic.\nAbility to work with plant personnel, engineering groups, and outside contractors to ensure the proper execution of work.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work autonomously\nDemonstrated ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met with a sense of urgency\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, or other related degree or a vocational certificate/diploma in electronic controls/instrumentation/technician. \nA combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.\n1-3+ years’ experience as an electrical maintenance technician in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nWe look forward to meeting you!\nAbout Cascades\nCascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
