Your responsibilities include:\n Lead electrical capital projects from concept development through commissioning and startup.\nDevelop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical specifications to support operational objectives.\nManage contractors, consultants, equipment suppliers, and cross-functional project teams.\nProvide technical expertise related to power distribution, motor controls, PLC maintenance and upgrades including programming, automation troubleshooting and E&I training.\nSupport equipment reliability through electrical RCA investigations and equipment monitoring using various software tools and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and corporate engineering requirements.\nMonitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and risks while communicating progress to stakeholders.\nWhat You Bring\nYou're a natural fit for this role if you have:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.\nElectrical Engineer experience with a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is required. \n3+ years of electrical engineering and project management experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.\nExperience with conceptual and detailed design of electrical power and control systems. \nStrong knowledge of power distribution systems, industrial controls, Allen Bradley PLCs, RsLogix, Studio Logix, Factory Talk (HMI), VFDs, and automation technologies.\nSolid understanding of industry codes and standards to include the Ontario Electrical Code and applicable machine safety standards. \nExcellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nIf you bring the same care to who you are as to what you do, we’d love to meet you!\nApply now and join our team as Senior Project Manager - Electrical Engineer in Mississauga.\n\nThis position is expected to remain open until at least 30 days.
