This will include the writing of SOP’s, training documentation, specifications and coordinating training for both the technician group but manufacturing associates as well.\nImplement training program for all manufacturing associates.\nAssist in New Design & existing product development, ensuring all time lines are met.\nDevelop and implement effective processes for current and new product designs, ensuring to issue required new specifications & SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) to manufacturing.\nSupervision of manufacturing engineers.\nAssociate will be required to travel from time to time.\nEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering required.\nEight to ten years’ experience required.\nDemonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) required.
