This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support learning and development initiatives and inform leadership decisions. Strong SQL and Python expertise is essential, with Tableau and data storytelling experience highly valued.\nYour Impactful Duties:\nCollect, clean, analyze, and interpret complex datasets using SQL, Python, and other analytical tools.\nDevelop and maintain SQL queries, Python scripts, and automated reporting processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency.\nExtract and integrate data from multiple platforms, including PeopleSoft, Blackboard, Microsoft applications, and other designated systems.\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate training outcomes, program effectiveness, and organizational performance.\nConduct statistical analyses and performance evaluations to identify trends, measure learning outcomes, and recommend improvements.\nApply the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, survey design methodologies, and statistical tools to assess training effectiveness.\nTranslate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic planning and leadership decisions.\nPrepare and deliver executive-level briefings, presentations, and analytical reports.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements, improve data quality, and support organizational objectives.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline data processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve performance measurement.\nIndependently manage analytical assignments while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet project objectives.\nRequirements:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.\nBachelor's degree in statistics, economics, information systems, computer science, data science, or a related field from an accredited institution.\nStrong hands-on SQL proficiency, including complex queries, data extraction, transformation, and analysis.\nStrong hands-on Python proficiency, including data cleaning, manipulation, analysis, scripting, and reporting automation.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and performance reporting, including advanced Excel skills.\nDemonstrated experience collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data to support organizational decision-making.\nProficiency in performance measurement, survey design, the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, and statistical analysis tools such as SPSS.\nAbility to develop queries, scripts, and reports that translate data into actionable business recommendations.\nExperience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively across organizational teams.\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience using Tableau to develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.\nStrong data storytelling skills, including communicating complex findings to technical and nontechnical audiences.\nProfessional experience supporting higher education, adult learning institutions, government training programs, or learning and development initiatives.\nExperience analyzing learning management system (LMS) data, including PeopleSoft or Blackboard.\nAdvanced experience applying the Kirkpatrick evaluation model to measure training effectiveness.\nDemonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships, identify emerging client needs, and recommend opportunities to expand project support.\nExperience contributing to proposals, business development initiatives, or consulting engagements.\nCompensation\nThe anticipated annual salary range for this position is $163,000-$167,000.
