field.\n\nStrong communication and negotiation skills.\n\nAbility to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.\n\nStrong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel frequently across regional markets.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute regional sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in target markets.\n\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the hatching eggs and hatchery sector.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hatcheries, and commercial poultry producers.\n\nManage and grow existing customer accounts while expanding the regional client base.\n\nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional demand to support business development initiatives.\n\nPrepare commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts.\n\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient supply and delivery to regional customers.\n\nRepresent the
