biosafety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.\nSupervise laboratory personnel and allocate resources to support operational priorities.\nReview and approve laboratory test results and technical reports.\nMaintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration, maintenance, and validation activities are performed.\nDevelop and maintain laboratory procedures, quality documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nMonitor laboratory performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives.\nCoordinate with production, hatchery, veterinary, and quality teams to
