Product Quality Assurance & Hatching Manager

Location: Muscat, Oman.

Working Arrangement:  on-site.

Language Requirements:  Fluency in English (written and spoken).

We are seeking an experienced Product Quality Assurance & Hatching Manager to oversee product quality assurance and hatchery quality operations within a leading poultry organization. The role will be responsible for establishing and monitoring quality standards, auditing operational functions across the organization, ensuring compliance with quality requirements, and reporting audit findings and recommendations to the management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the poultry industry and a strong background in quality assurance.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in product quality assurance within the poultry industry.
• Mandatory experience working in poultry production, hatcheries, or integrated poultry operations.

Other Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to report findings to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product quality assurance activities across hatchery and poultry operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Plan and conduct operational audits across departments to evaluate compliance with company policies and quality requirements.
• Assess hatchery operations to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to biosecurity and quality standards.
• Identify operational risks, quality issues, and process improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports, quality performance summaries, and executive recommendations for the senior management.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Collaborate with department managers to strengthen quality systems and improve operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, food safety, and quality management requirements.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
